The Mini Kiritimati Hotel is owned by Mr. Eritaia Reiti and his beautiful wife Mrs. Agnes Reiti, situated in the town village of Ronton and has been in operation for over ten years. It is a popular home for fishermen, surfers, travelers, and businessmen because of its convenient location in the center of the capital village, close to boat docks, and only 5 minutes walk from one of the best surf sites on Christmas Island. You will be overwhelmed by this great couple’s hospitality. It is always their number one priority to ensure your stay will be comfortable and your needs are met. Mr. and Mrs. Reiti do all the cooking for guests and are always close at hand as their home is only a few steps away from the hotel. FacilitiesThe hotel can comfortably accommodate 10 guests per week and has 5 rooms. These are comfortably furnished and include ceiling fans, and one room has air conditioning. There are three shared bathrooms for guests. This is family style accommodation where rooms are all connected under one roof with kitchen and dining in one corner and the thatch-roofed front room is the reception counter and the main lounge. ServicesMeals are served family style, and they are prepared with much care and provide the local flavor including different varieties of fresh fish in ample portion. Drinks are available from one refrigerate inside the kitchen where all rooms have access to it. Lunch bags can be prepared ahead of time for you to take for your adventures of the day. Breakfast always well-prepared with many favorites such as pancakes, waffles and eggs, with additional choice of fresh local fruits and bread. Any dietary requests can be accommodated but should be requested and made aware ahead of time.
